Buildworx Waikato has been building right across the Waikato region for 12 years, mostly off word of mouth from people we have already worked for. New home builds, extensions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, decks, fences, that is the work. Bare section needing a house on it, or a home that stopped suiting the family about ten years ago, either way we come out, have a proper look, and tell you what is realistic before you sign anything.

New Builds

New homes built on your section, either from plans you already have or through design and build if you are starting from an idea. Minor dwellings and granny flats too. We lodge the consent, run the subbies, manage the inspections and chase the Code Compliance Certificate at the end.

Renovations

Kitchens, bathrooms, extensions and full interior reworks on homes that stopped working years ago. Waikato housing runs from pre-war villas to seventies brick and tile, and both hide their own surprises. We open things up carefully and price the fix before carrying on.

Decks

Timber decks built on a substructure that suits the ground underneath, which is the half of the job you never see. Low platform decks, raised decks with balustrades, and multi-level builds that step down a slope instead of fighting it. H5 posts, proper footings, correct fall.

Fences

Paling fences, post and rail for lifestyle blocks, pool fencing built to the safety requirements, and gates that still swing straight in three years. Posts set deep and concreted properly, because that is the part that decides whether the whole run leans.
